  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You received a damaged product
• You received a defective product
• You received the wrong item
• The product is missing from your order

Requests must be made within [48 hours] of delivery.

 

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used perfumes
• Products with broken seals or missing packaging
• Change of mind or personal fragrance preference
• Minor packaging variations
• Products purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable)

Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person, which does not qualify as a defect.

 

  1. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact us with:

• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

  1. RETURN APPROVAL

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping or arrange a reverse pickup where applicable.

Products must be returned in original packaging with all components included.

Seraphis reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria.

 

  1. REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within [5–10] business days via the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

  1. REPLACEMENTS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost subject to availability.

If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

 

  1. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations may not be possible and will be treated as per this policy.

 

  1. FAILED DELIVERY / RETURN TO ORIGIN

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling fees.
